If your PSP is already a Version 2.71 and you do not have the TA-082 Motherboard or you have just upgraded to 2.71 and you do not have the TA-082 Motherboard:

Download the 2.71 DOWNGRADER and extract the files to your desktop.

Please read Important Downgrading Information before you proceed.

• This downgrader DOES NOT WORK on TA-082 motherboards.
• This downgrader is for version 2.71 firmware only.
• It is appropriate for any PSP regardless of the region.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Step 1:

Open the 2.71 DOWNGRADER folder and double click on Downgrader2.71FULL.exe.

This will begin the downgrade process.

This is a great downgrader that has a video with voice walkthrough.

Make sure to turn on the sound on your computer. Follow all instructions.

You are now downgraded to version 1.50.

Now go to Custom Firmware Upgrade
