Great News!
You can now downgrade all versions of PSP from 1.51 through 3.50.
Naturally, Sony is now marketing PSPs in versions higher than 3.50 (ver 3.90 as of April 2008,) which cannot be downgraded - yet.
Before you begin any downgrade read the Important Downgrade Info page. Be sure you know your current version and, if you have a 1.51 through 2.71, whether you have a TA-082 Motherboard.
Remember: incorrectly modifying your PSP can leave you with a brick!

To access the downloads: sign up for the downloads and newsletter. You will then receive an e-mail with the password in it which will allow you to access the downloads.

my psp version is 3.11. Is there a way i can downgrade it to play downloaded games?

Sorry but if your psp is over version 3.50 you can’t downgrade at the moment.
Signed up but no password!!!!!! So what now???
make sure it’s not going to a spam filter or something, or try signing up with a different e-mail
i confirmed the newsletter and got an email with the password but the password is not working
I just tested your password and it works fine for me, so just make sure you have caps lock off and that you type it just as it is in the e-mail. Don’t use any caps.
