If your PSP is already a Custom Firmware 3.10 OE-A, 3.30 OE-A, or 3.40 OE-A and you want to have the NEW 3.90 M33-3:
~
Go to the Custom Firmware Upgrade and follow the instructions there. Note that you will not have to do the KXploit Permanent Patcher in Step 4.
Once you get your PSP upgraded to 3.90 M33-3 don’t forget to look into a Download Service.

I’m currently on 3.03 OEC…do I use the same method as “Upgrade from 3.10, 3.30, or 3.40 OE-A” to upgrade to 3.90 M33-3? Can I jump straight to 3.90 M33-3 or do I have to go through other versions?
You should be able to use the same method as 3.10, 3.30, and 3.40 OE-A to upgrade. Don’t skip straight to 3.90 M33 though or you will probably brick.

Try going to the recovery menu and change the kernel to 1.5 and then disable the “NO UMD”. See if that works

You need to use a pandora battery to downgrade from that version, but until we get another psp to test with we can’t make a guide for using the pandora battery yet.
